    At MARL, we recognize that the lack of access to resources and services remains a barrier for many communities and individuals. Therefore, we have dedicated this section of our website for community resources to help bridge that gap, spread knowledge of local organizations, and help anyone further their human rights education

    The Manitoba Human Rights Commission is an Independent Agency of the Government of Manitoba. In addition to administrating the Human Rights Code Code, the Manitoba Human Rights Commission administers a complaints process and educates the public about the Human Rights Code.
