MARL’s teacher tools are intended to equip teachers to facilitate MARL workshops independently. These packages are designed for educators in communities outside of Winnipeg that MARL is unable to travel to.
Each workshop package includes a PowerPoint presentation, a guide for facilitating conversations and activities, as well as the accompanying handouts for students. Teachers will also receive additional information, resources, and activities on the topic of the workshop to deepen their own knowledge, assist students in continuing their learning, and ideally feel equipped to provide instruction on the workshop topic beyond the suggested 60 minutes.
