Mitchell DeFehr is the Education Coordinator for MARL. He graduated from the Canadian Mennonite University with a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Transformation and holds a Master of Human Rights from the University of Manitoba. He also possesses valuable experience in audio-visual production and communication theory. In his role as the Education Coordinator, Mitchell is dedicated to promoting human rights education for all Manitoban communities. Through his efforts, he aims to empower individuals through education and programming, striving to raise awareness and understanding of human rights issues across the region. Mitchell’s commitment lies in ensuring that every person in Manitoba has access to crucial human rights knowledge and resources.
